Vic moved to the UK in 2003. He trained as SHO in maxillofacial surgery at QA hospital Portsmouth in 2004. He then moved into general practice and has been working in the area ever since. He joined the team at The Dental Centre in 2016 and is now our Principal Dentist and owner of The Dental Centre. He supports the 4 times world cup winning Springboks rugby team and plays golf whenever he is allowed. Vic is married and has 3 teenage daughters to keep him busy.

Robert Mitrovski (Doctor of Dental Medicine)

Robert qualified as a Doctor of Dental Medicine in 1996 at St.Cyril and Methodius University/ Faculty of Dentistry in Skopje, Macedonia. Before this he graduated at medical college as a Dental Technician in 1988, and then became the owner and principal dentist of a private family run practice for 20 years, before relocating to the UK in 2017. Robert has a warm and welcoming chairside manner. He is passionate about restorative dentistry, aesthetics, crowns, bridges, veneers and dentures. He recently attended VSSA academy for dental implants and currently attends Simplyendo, an endodontic course for further development in Liverpool. In his free time Robert enjoys long walks along the Solent coast with his family and his Golden retriever.

The Dental Centre in 2026. She worked at St Georges Hospital Paediatric Dental
Department since 2015. Using her additional qualification in Inhalation Sedation,
she provides extensive dental treatment to children with severe dental phobias
and complex needs. Since 2021 she have been providing compassionate, high
quality dental care to the local community in Portsmouth.
Elara is passionate about working with young people and adults with dental anxieties. It’s
her belief that dentistry doesn’t need to be scary!
In her spare time she loves spending time with her family and friends, travelling and trying
out new baking recipes.

Alison graduated as a dental hygienist from The Royal Army Dental Corp in 1997. She has worked in number of dental practices, both in UK and abroad, including 3 years in The Falkland Islands. She has been at The Dental Centre since 2001. She is interested in music, travel, films, cooking and spending time with her family.

Julita Krajza-Gajdzinska

Julita qualified as a dental hygienist in Poland in 1998. In 2006 she and her family relocated to the UK. After 6 years of living and working in the London area, she joined The Dental centre, providing more, much needed, hygiene appointments for our patients. Julita has 3 children.

Sally is our senior dental nurse, having been at the practice since 1993. After gaining her dental nursing qualification at Highbury college in 1986, she worked in various practices including a prestigious practice in Wimpole street in London. Sally is married with three children.

Charlotte John

Charlie joined our practice in 2005 and gained her NVQ in dental nursing in 2008. She left us for a year to travel and work in Australia but soon came back on returning to England. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Emma Hopper

Emma qualified in 1989 at Highbury college and has since gained further qualifications in dental radiography and sedation. She joined the Dental Centre in 2009.
A mother of two teenage girls, she enjoys walking her dog, socialising with friends and keeping fit.

Kerry Knight

Kerry joined our practice in June 2023. Kerry had a change of career into Dental Nursing, coming from a medical administration background.She gained her level 3 Diploma in Dental Nursing in July 2022.
She has 2 grown up children and has recently welcomed a beautiful new grand-daughter into her family.

Jo Cobon

Jo qualified as a dental nurse from Highbury college in 1988. She has been with the practice since 1990, leaving for short periods to have and raise her three children.
She is now our receptionist, and is involved with smooth day to day running at the practice. Jo's husband is our denture technician.

Christine Bristow

Chrissy joined our practice in 1999 as a dental nurse and qualified from Highbury college in 2002. She took on the role as practice manager in 2005. She is heavily involved in CQC and GDC legislation and clinical governance. She is married with two young children.
